First day at work

Ok, its 2 weeks since my last entry... i've been very busy lately with my Exams and nw after my exams.... i've got a gazillion list of things to do on my board that never seems to end... (hair cut, clear book shelves, mail letters, T/T transfer, register for ACCA course, dinner with friends etc etc) and the list goes on... i only have like 5 days after my exams to do all the stuff before i start work...

and its been a busy 5 days, i've party hard and im all set and ready to get going for my new job... its been a long time since i partied at Zouk and sure was it one of my best ever zouk outing i've had for a long time! (i've met someone who has a dynamic character) maybe i too tipsy la...

Anyway, here are some clips that will cheer ur day up...

haha, got raped by his own dog!!!

Just for laugh!!!

Donald Trump Tip a waiter $10,000!!!!!!!! thats about half a year wages for me!

This is no porno... this is a very popular Magazine that is published in Thailand... the girl featured in this magazine was a man... ok no disrespect but she is really B.E.A.UTIFUL!

more about her can be read at http://forums.vr-zone.com/showthread.php?t=211376 contains her videos and other pictures featured in other various magazines and miss peageant that she attends.

We went to 3 Monkeys at Orchard tower to celebrate our friend Bryan's Birthday... it was really really hilalrious just listening to Kumar (he was the talk show host performing there) speak about anything under the sun... he reminds me of Russell Peters... (go google or Youtube him). watch his talk show and u would not regard one bit... hes performing on Saturdays and Tuesdays if i can remember correctly... he wont be in on Jan as he is on reservist. Just buy a drink and u can hear his talk show... on the food? i rather not comment... You just aint gonna get nice food in bar and cafe maybe except those at CHIMJES

Ok, i admit that i bought on impulse on the white jacket... my friends say its a bit over the board but i really like it... i like the blue shirt, its made of cotton and it has the thing that i look in shirt (free and easy looking) anyway, i went to change my jacket to a black one already...

I went to Billy bombers after my first day at work... its really tiring to put in 100% concentration for more than 10 hours... and its good to have a nice good meal after a hard days work...

A bit the type of old school american setting...

Marcus ordered some kinda chocolate cheese cake... he says its nothing special...

both of us ordered the set meal which includes 1. soup of the day (vegetable soup) 2. 1 drink 3. Main course (mushroom sauce 1/2 Spring chicken) 4. Dessert (Ben Jerry's Rum & Raisins)...

The main course portion is very small and there is nothing special with it...

Billy bombers always give me the impression that they are the below average type of restaurant compared to NYDC, Breeks, Modesto and other resturants... the price aint cheap though... $19.90 for the set meal...

This restaurant serves very nice pasta and sphagettis... there is one particular dish that i think would beat Pizza hut hands down... it is the Pork bread... 2nd pic!

We had this award winning Pasta, taste wonderful! serving portion is great and the Sphagetti was well cook, not too soft and hard and the ingredients used was very fresh...

worth trying... the dish name? Grilled Chicken Primavera

This is the dish that i was talking about! its very nice... cheesy and filling... dunno why its a starter instead... bread is fluffy and the pepperoni is the generous...

the dish name? Pepperoni Bread....

This is a rather secret place where only those who crave for super duper mexican hot spicy baffulo wings would come here....

as u can see, the house is full on a sunday...

The surroundings of the restaurant...

Basically this is a family run business... they serve mainly western food and their speciality is the Baffulo wings... with 1 - 10 ratings of spiciness.

as u can see, we ordered spicy rating 4... why? cause 10 is the max and 4 seems to be chicken feet to us.. they warned us... but we still went ahead... the spiciness almost killed uS!!!!!
The shop staff told us of 1 aussie man who ordered and tried level 10 (is that possible) and he went Pee without washing his hands and came out with a shocked face (guess u can figure out why)

This is the Rib eye steak... not so nice....
Alrite... thats all for today....i shall blog about my pre xmas gifts and party next time round... Till Then.....

One down one more to go...

Ok, its been quite a while since i blogged... weeks? nah just a few days... Today happen to be my first paper - F6 Taxation in which i've been preparing for a long time... the paper is rather easy in my opinion and i am able to answer all questions that are in the paper....

All right first off... i was at my grand mother place for a double birthday celebration for my sister and my cousin Jessica... we had lots of food... mainly chicken, sushi, some fried finger food etc.... the cake was delicious.... will try uploading it when i have the pictures...

This is my cousin Ariel. I took a pic of her while calling out to her to pose... think she is protesting or trying to teach me something!!! (look at her left hand with the finger pointing out!) thing she is trying to say "DUN TAKE MY PICTURE!!!"

I bought this pot purri oil from body shop... its Oceanus smell... i like the smell of ocean. It gives me the feel of freedom and the feeling of being in the air... Its smell is light and refreshing... really like it a lot.

Ok, for those Transformer fanatics out there... Here are some transformer for laughters.

Transformed to serve coffee?

Mooooooooooooooo... cant believe it transformed into beef?

This one is really funny!

Ok, over the weekend, i had dinner at this shop again... the menu is overflowing with goodies and we will always be back for more...

I ordered this because it looks delicious... ok there is a bit of a misunderstanding here... you are suppose to get what u see on the menu right? the thing is, the picture on the menu has a Sunny side up... but when it came, its missing... and i only realise it when i was halfway through...
anyway, the porkchop is very very delicious and its the best i've ever eaten... normally porkchop are very hard and chewy, but this one is tender and kinda melts in the mouth. the rice is actually vegetable fried rice... and its fried with eggs and some kinda preserve vege... ok maybe the sunny side up its fried together with the fried rice...
Score: 8/10

This is no what u think... i know what u are thinking.....
This is Curry noodles... i told my friend Marcus that never ever ever ever try food that the restaurant is not meant to cook. e.g. roti prata ina HK Cafe, Hamburger in a Italian Restaurant, Wanton mee in an Indian Restaurant. He tried this curry noodles and was dissapointed....
I tried a bit and find it quite ok... didn't really have the WOW factor....
think he gave 5/10

This is Shao Mai, and i really like it.... there is a big shrimp in every one of them and the meat is fresh and so is the skin... SEE never disappointed with Dim Sum served in a HK Cafe... u can never go wrong with it....
9/10 MUST TRY!

This is Porky chop cheese bake rice (Marcus's 2nd rd) it has a very generous serving of cheese and the pork chop is just as nice as the one with the fried rice...
I got a feeling HK People really like Pork Chops...

The next time im at this cafe... im gonna try the Black Pepper pork chop Sphagetthi... hehe my next work place is actually a stone's throw away from this shop (not exactly a stone throw la) will try to try the breakfast menu....
Alright, its time for me to take a break for my studies before i start preparing for my next paper on the 11 of Dec....
Gonna watch ALIENS! Hope you guys like the new soundtrack i embeded.

I've been very busy this week, with just 2 weeks left for my first paper F6 - Tax... im just only 50% done with revising on that paper... luckily i finish revising F7 - FRS (only left with practising and sharpening for this paper)
For this week, other than revising for my ACCA exams, i've been attending all interviews that we granted to me... the number of interviews are numbering almost once every 2 days... i was offered quite a number of interesting jobs, including Internal audit, external audit, forensic audit and even accounts assistant. I've shortlisted to just 2 companies and i really hope to be able to secure a job before i start my exams (the very least i can start a job immediately after my exams, been slacking around long enough)
I went cycling one very early and gloomy morning... the trip to seletar reservoir was quite a scary one (Didn't know cycling on the road is so dangerous and risky)... but its much safer (cause i fell into the side of the road while cycling on the pavement). The air is fresh and i felt so relax with the cycling... although i missed the sunrise, i felt the serenity while i was there at the reservoir... here are the pics:

This place is quite popular among Car enthu... i often see car clubs gatherings here... MX-5, Getz, Mazda 3, Hayabusa and many more... i ever seen a live illegal car race here... The infamous AE86 was there too!

This is the long stretch of road that you can try drag racing... actually its not really safe now as police increased their patrol and often road block this area... not forgetting the high and frequent road humps that can damage lowered car bumper and the car under carriage.

Usually during the fishing season, u can see lots of anglers fishing here. I used to spot many jelly fish around the area... looks like those that can sting and hurt u really bad....

The golf club (Orchid Country Club).

If you come here during the nite on a weekend or PH... you will see lots of people here... BBQ (i did that there once), family picnic etc...

There is a house in those swamps... wonder who would actually stay there...

You can see the olympic torch burning (no la, its from the Senoko power plant)

There is another house right at the end of the long stretch of road... and a few speed boats too... i guess it belongs to the fisher man whose Kelong is not far from here?

The vast sea and open sky that relaxes ur mind whild gazing at the sceneary.

I had been pinned down at home studying... so i decided to go out for some fresh air before i turn mouldy... right after one of my interview, i went to HMV and Luis Vuitton Shop to look at some things... I found this Orchestra CD very tempting, at last i couldn't resist the temptation and bought it back home to try... its performed by Japanese Orchestra... not too bad... they reinvented the way those old folks play Concertos...
I cant believe that you have to qeue to get into LV shop... its either Singaporeans are getting richer or LV is trying to create a qeue to get attention (Come on... Singapore love to qeue to see whats happening in front... its a pass time for many...) I qeue specially to look at the LV Messenger bag, the cost? $1950... i guess i can get it cheaper by a few hundred bucks if i purchase it in France... No point getting it in Singapore...

The CD that i bought...

Ok, every Friday is "go for a walk day" for Uno... the usual route... while running i spotted this crashed Snail with some yellow ball in it... think those are the eggs (can any insectologist confirm?) poor snail... i guess it just became food for birds and other mammals.

Above is the Monster dog that i've been talking about... Gosh its scary... it came barking so furiously when Uno ran pass (its Uno's dog tag that gave our position away)... it really is a monster, it has more than 6 Tits!!!!!!!

You can see how tired he was from his walk... he knocked out after i bathed him...

Ok, Uno is one very fantastic dog, guess what he did while walking home? initially i thought he wanted to pee on a pillar so i extended the line for him to stay at the pillar and i continue walking... then he appear with a bread in his mouth!!!!!!! (where in the world that piece of bread came from???)
I forced open his mouth and tried snatching it away from him... while he tried swollowing the whole thing.... at last, i managed to get 3/4 of it away from him...

This is my lunch! Tang Yuan with peanuts filling... Yummy!
Just for laugh:
Lets see we should do that?

Can you spot what is wrong in this picture?

Look at the sign board!

Ok, this is from stomp, you can read it here: http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/viewPost6767.aspx

People say its daring, its new age... Personally i feel the couple has created unwanted attention during the wedding dinner... people might think that they had a shotgun marriage and are educating all that they should not follow in their steps and have protected sex before marriage? your thoughts?

This is a CV of a person who wanted to apply for a post as manager of EPL Club Middlesbrough... Have a good laugh

His CV, stating that his career highlights like bringing unkown clubs to EPL and winning titles and cups with unknown clubs... all in the computer game Championship manager!

The response he got from the chairman... I never thought that they would even entertain him... the rejection letter sound like he got snub real bad...

Ok now for some Russel Peters, this one is really really funny....
i really like his talk show and im gonna buy his DVD or VCD...
Here is some really interesting things that you can learn or ur mum or ur maid.... if u find yourself taking too much time folding shirts here is what you can do:
I found this video very very interesting... didn't know they can do that at the train rail way...
alrite, thats all for today... wish me luck as im gonna prepare form my exams now...
